About Service Linker:
Service Linker is an online attendance register developed for people accessing community services in Australia. Its main purpose is to;

- promote organisational collaboration across regions,
- provide data for participating organisations to use in research, planning and reporting.

Service Linker keeps a list of the different community services that a person visits, so that clients and workers can have a conversation about what assistance they are receiving and where.

Managers at the service can access a list of all the visits recorded at their organisation, and what other types of organisations and services clients visited. Names are removed from this list so that individuals cant be identified. This information can then be used for a variety of reporting and needs analysis purposes.

How does it work?
When a client visits a participating organisation, Service Linker asks a few simple questions such as their name, how old they are, where they live, and what program they are attending. A list of all the participating services recently visited by that person can also be viewed. An Excel download of all the instances of client contact (de-identified) can be requested from Community Information Support Services by Managers of participating organisations.

Location Services: This app uses background location services to simplify the signing in and out at a community service location. This can be enabled on the Settings page.
